The most reluctant sleuth on the planet has a few ideas of her own, but who will believe a frail and suicidal old lady, especially after a stroke has further handicapped her. With a 'Jim Jones like' cult to deal with and some special powers both in Daniel and her granddaughter, there is always something going on here. In two distinct sections this at first moves slowly, but then rapidly speeds up. Arabella is feisty, and at times downright crusty, but the spark is there within her, and is a joyous one to follow. Whether the climax of the book quie matches the build up is down tot he readers preference. Personally, I wanted a more shocking and action packed ending, but that me.
